Laura Herrera

Laura supports the attorneys on a variety of US-based and cross-border estate planning and wealth preservation matters. She also provides assistance with the preparation of trust agreements, tax efficient structuring of domestic and cross-border investments, as well as US income and transfer tax issues. Prior to joining MBJ Law her experience as a Court Assistant in Colombia included drafting resolutions and court decisions, along with legal research and case law analysis. Her international experience coupled with her advanced U.S. domestic degree has made her an outstanding Paralegal and addition to MBJ Law, PLLC.
