Moshe Ben-Jacob counsels high net worth individuals and their families on a variety of US based and cross border income tax and estate planning matters. Moshe also has experience on matters relating to preimmigration and expatriation planning. Prior to joining MBJ Law Moshe acted as General Counsel for a nursing home conglomerate and has years of experience as a commercial litigator. In these roles Moshe was successful in litigating and negotiating on behalf of his clients on a wide array of issues including appealing adverse citations from government agencies such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) as well as litigating and managing caseloads involving professional liability, employment and commercial related matters.
