Yisroel Orlofsky

Yisroel Orlofsky counsels high net-worth US and international individuals, their families, and closely held businesses on a variety of US-based and cross-border estate planning and wealth preservation matters with a particular focus on estate and gift tax minimization strategies. His experience includes assisting clients with trust administration matters, tax efficient structuring of domestic and cross-border investments, and US income and transfer tax issues. Mr. Orlofsky also counsels on matters relating to migration to and from the US, expatriation, and asset protection planning, and assists clients in the process of becoming compliant with US tax laws and related reporting obligations.
